Our aim is to be always ready and available to provide full technical and service support, both to new and existing customers. The team provides the driving force to ensure future growth and development, and to enhance relationships with owners, managers, operators and service providers. A worldwide network of dedicated agents are supported from Whessoe's Darlington base, with Barry Cullum continuing his responsibility within the business for management of marine agents and new sales activity. To meet the requirements of it’s customers, Whessoe Total Automation offers a specialist service capability to vessels requiring repairs in shipyards, dry docks, in port, at anchorage and during voyages. The service capability supports both new system installations and retrofits. Service support is available in Singapore, Dubai, Japan, Korea, the Gulf of Mexico and Europe. On completion of installations and repairs, full commissioning and certification is carried out in line with the owner’s representation. Whessoe Total Automation fully supports training of agents and associated engineers. On completion of training, engineers are fully approved by the company and certified to work on Whessoe products. Our field service engineers and agents are highly respected worldwide and provide an important front for the organisations reputation and growth.
